Learning at home encourages parents to work with their children and support and consolidate their learning. We want to build upon the partnerships established with parent’s during the coronavirus pandemic and associated partial school closures. We wish to build upon the use of technology to share learning challenges with families and support our children with the digital literacy skills which they will need in the future.
We will offer a variety of weekly learning at home activities which will consolidate learning at school but appreciate that some families won’t be able to engage with all that is on offer, and in this case suggest they focus on key learning priorities such as reading. Other activities will be monitored however their completion is not a mandatory expectation. As in our previous periods of remote learning please support your child as best you can.
